Louis Latour Duet (Rhône Valley, France) - $22
Blend: Chardonnay, Viognier

Duet is a tantalizing combination of the smoothness of Viognier and the purity of Chardonnay which creates a delicate, supple, and classically elegant wine. With a golden yellow-green color and a floral nose with exotic notes, Duet is silky smooth in the mouth. It has fruity aromas of peach and apricot with beautiful length on the finish. 

The family-run company of Maison Louis Latour is one of the most highly respected producers in Burgundy. Renowned throughout the world for the quality of its wines, the company has built a reputation for tradition and innovation.

Acolytes Santa Barbara Pinot Noir (Santa Rita Hills) - $32
100% Pinot Noir

A medium ruby core with a vivid rose rim, the Acolytes Pinot Noir opens with beguiling aromatics associated with the varietal — ripe cherry, muddled strawberry, sandalwood, and baking spices. The palate reveals layers upon layers of ripe red and blue fruits along with a hint of cedar and white pepper. 

Acolytes is one of Dave Pinney’s Our Lady of Guadalupe collection of Pinot Noirs sourced from special, well-known vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA.

Roth Estate Heritage (Anderson Valley, Sonoma) - $29

Blend: 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, 7% Malbec 

This wine offers seductive aromas of chocolate milk, dried cherries, leather and tobacco. The palate is well-balanced with concentrated flavors of pomegranate, raspberry, vanilla bean, and cinnamon. Silky tannins create an elegant mouthfeel and long-lasting finish. 

Roth Estate, founded in 2001, as a tribute to the founder’s family name with a desire to produce bold, powerful Cabernet Sauvignon from the Alexander Valley. As its craft grew, so did its mission - to include creating bold expressions of Bordeaux varietals from Sonoma’s best AVAs.

Alexander Valley Cabernet Franc (Alexander Valley, Sonoma) - $33
100% Cabernet Franc

This Cab Franc is a dark, deeply colored wine with aromas of cherry, plum, blueberry, vanilla, and a hint of licorice. There are juicy flavors of cassis, plum, black cherry, vanilla, blueberry, hints of oak and a slight floral note. This silky, textured wine is beautifully balanced with a long-structured finish. Cab Franc’s higher acidity and low tannin make it an ideal food pairing wine. 

After purchasing the historic Cyrus Alexander homestead, Harry and Maggie Wetzel strived to create a thriving agricultural lifestyle on the property.  Decades later, the fourth generation of their family is growing up amongst vineyards and next door to the working winery that is known around the world as “AVV”.  

Vineyard 29 CRU Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) - $50
Blend: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot, 1% Petite Verdot, 3% Cab Franc, and 3% Malbec

This lovely wine has enticing aromas of Bing cherry, dried lavender and roasted coffee beans awake the senses and set the stage for a full throttled palate of ripe blackberries and both red and black cherries. An undercurrent of seamlessly integrated oak shows itself with notes of cedar, all spice and sandalwood and adds to the fresh, lifted flavor profile. It even adds hints of chocolate cake and black olives at the finish, each balancing out the other and providing additional . complexity. 93 Robert Parker
