Dry Creek Vineyard Chenin Blanc (Sonoma)- $22

At first swirl, aromatics of honeydew, watermelon and pineapple spring forward from the glass with floral notes of jasmine and honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine has refreshing flavors of cucumber, lime and nectarine with hints of geranium, sweet basil and ripe orange. The mouthfeel is soft yet inviting, with a lively acidity.

Carpe Diem Chardonnay (Anderson Valley) - $24

Impressive pale-yellow, dry-straw color. Bright and fresh aromas of honeydew and ripe apples. A crisp and textured mouth-feel frame flavors of lime citrus and peach. Pleasant and juicy, soft, and well-coated on the palate. Strikes a balance with crisp acidity and ripe finish.

Acolytes Pinot Noir (Santa Barbara County) - $29

A medium ruby core with a vivid rose rim, the Acolytes Pinot Noir opens with beguiling aromatics associated with the varietal — ripe cherry, muddled strawberry, sandalwood and baking spices. The palate reveals layers upon layers of ripe red and blue fruits along with a hint of cedar and white pepper.

Chelsea Goldschmidt Merlot (Anderson Valley) - $30

Beautiful red raspberry, black cherry and deep complex aromas. Shows red plum, red currant, blackberry, and a touch chocolate. Full and round mouth feel with soft tannins.

Denner Vineyards The New Colossus Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso Robles) $42

Blend: 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petit Verdot, 6% Petite Sirah, 3% Merlot, 1%

Aromas burst with layers of blackberry, cassis, and dark plum, complemented by graphite notes, cedar, and a touch of cocoa. Subtle hints of vanilla and toasted oak round out the nose, adding depth and complexity. On the palate, dark fruit flavors dominate upfront, followed by nuances of espresso, dark chocolate, and baking spice. A well-balanced acidity keeps the wine vibrant, leading to a long, powerful finish that lingers with elegance.
