Domaine Éric Lewis Sancerre Blanc (Central Loire) 2024 - $40
The vineyard consists of more than eighty acres and across a mosaic of sixty plots in the Sancerre appellation. The vinification is without sulfur; consequently, the wine has an extremely low sulfite, as a Demeter certified biodynamic wine. The resulting wine is a pale golden color with upfront citrus and tropical fruits aromas combined with minerality and hints on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh and delicate with passion fruit and zesty lemon, with lively acidity. The long finish has hints of minerality.

This Russian River Valley Chardonnay offers subtle aromas of white flowers, citrus oil, subtle reduction, and apricot. The elegant aromatics of fresh nectarine; lemon drop and grilled pineapple flavors. The fruit focused mid-palate leads to subtle mineral notes and a hint of crystallized ginger on the finish. On the palate, it is full- bodied and elegant and has an even and floating feel on the finish. Score: 93 Jeb Dunnuck

This Cabernet displays seductive aromas of briar patch and plum sauce on the nose before leading onto a palate that is well-structured yet elegant. The finish exudes vanilla, mocha, and cocoa flavors alongside resolved tannins. Notes of plum liqueur and freshly roasted coffee grace the palate as spiced red tea and sandalwood engage with more chocolate on the finish. Score: 95 Tasting Panel
