Single Vineyard Pella White Granite Sémillon 2021 $22

Tierhoek’ s flagship Chenin Blanc is crafted from 30 to 50-year-old vines and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. This wine showcases intense fruit, minerality, and fresh acidity. Situated at 760 meters in the Piekenierskloof Mountain, Tierhoek thrives in a unique microclimate with cold winters, warm summers, and cooling Atlantic breezes.

Joubert-Tradauw Chardonnay 2023 $27

Made from fruit grown in the beautiful Tradouw Valley. Elegant and feminine with fynbos floral. Hints of toasted almonds, honey and vanilla. Lively and full mouth Chardonnay fruit, complemented by citrus burst on finish.

Piekenierskloof Wine Company Grenache Noir 2023 $22
Piekenierskloof

Grapes are handpicked and cold soaked for 24 hours. The wine is then matured for 10 months in older 500 and 300 liter French oak barrels. Upfront, abundant red raspberry and cherry flavors, with notes of aniseed and cumin spice. Finishing with a lively, well-balanced and complex tannin structure. A food friendly Grenache!

Dewaldt Heyns Weathered Hands Pinotage 2021 $38

This bush vine Pinotage grafted in 1973 produces a wine of unsurpassed elegance and complexity. Aged in barrel for 20 months, its deep, dark purple color, prominent dark fruit, red berry and ripe cherry flavors are followed by spice and violet nuances. The pallet is textured and full-bodied with plush fruit and wild scrub notes, with silky tannins ending in a long finish.

Blend : 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot, 5% Malbec and 5% Petit Verdot

Full and complex. A multi-clone blend of five noble varietals. Explosive and evolving aromas of ripe red currants, tea leaves, and cigar boxes are followed by hints of cinnamon, tobacco, and the trademark cassis character. A serious, tightly packed wine with a long lingering finish.
